FAQs

FIRST APPOINTMENTS

1. Where is your office located ?

Our office is located conveniently in the office complex at the intersection of the Ridgefield Pkwy and John Rolfe Pkwy. Please visit the Directions page under Resources tab for more details.

2. How do I contact you ?

The best way to reach us is via phone call: (804)750-1284. If we are unable to answer your call please leave a detailed message with your name, phone number and one of our team members will call you within the same business day. If the message is left after hours , we will try to call you as soon as possible.

3. What Insurance do you accept?

We accept most Dental insurance plans and the list of the dental plans accepted can be found under the Resource tab. When you call in as a new patient, we collect your insurance details and call your insurance company to find your coverage so we are able to better assist you with financial questions, your copay and coverage when you arrive at our office. However, there are times when insurance companies are not able to provide accurate or up to date information about your coverage. This can happen sometimes, if you have changed your job and the insurance company has not been made aware about the change in the employment status with your previous employer. In such cases since we do not know the scenario, we may provide you with incorrect coverage information unknowingly. Hence it is of utmost importance that the dental insurance plan information that you provide us is active to the best of your knowledge.
